Major manufacturers compete with a large number of cheaper duds these days and for my 10 cents worth Ill skip the duds.. hd lcd tv incorporating clear functional design and an ingenious modular connectivity suite was foremost for our purchase. I have exacting requirements and purchasing something unproven from an unknown manufacturer was not for me.
